Dealing with a Pain in the Neck (literally!!).


If you are experiencing significant neck pain, or wake up with a "wry neck", the following acute neck pain handout (based on The McKenzie Institute's key teachings) may help see you through.

If you are having trouble sleeping, you may find that wrapping a tea towel or small hand towel around your neck can help as a support.
